STATEMENT OF EXPERIENCE
As the founding architects at WMA, our diverse expertise provides a breadth and depth of technical knowledge paired with a fine understanding of the planning and building regulations in Victoria. We are adept at collaboration with all members involved in the projects; council planners, consultants and contractors in achieving our client’s aspirations. Part of our confidence comes from a disciplined approach to continuous learning- keeping abreast of current developments in regulations and construction materials/methods.
Services provided by WMA include design, documentation, master planning, feasibility reports, managing the tender process, contract administration and communication with clients, consultants and authorities as lead architects.
Client collaboration in the design process is a key element of WMA’s design philosophy. We are passionate about architecture and are committed to share and facilitate the design process with our clients, by providing architectural knowledge in design conceptualization, an awareness of both design and construction phases, project budget and co-ordination.

- Master of Architecture (University of Melbourne),
- Bachelor of Planning & Design (University of Melbourne).
- Victorian Registered Architect No. 16805
Rosalyna has extensive experience ranging from custom designed new houses, refurbishments and extensions to heritage buildings, multi residential developments (apartments and town houses) as well as senior lifestyle developments and aged care. Although classified as different types under the National Construction Code, these projects, over a span of more than 15 years, all have one thread in common- these are homes where we live and dwell in, connecting within our community, adapting the spaces to our changing needs.
Rosalyna first commenced her architectural experience at AXIS Architects Planners in Singapore where she gained valuable experience working in a rigorous, fast paced design oriented environment. Prior to founding WMA, Rosalyna worked as a senior architect leading projects in aged care and seniors living at Thomson Adsett in Melbourne. Rosalyna has also extended her practise as an architect by teaching at the University of Melbourne, finding the tutoring of emerging designers both invigorating and enjoyable.
