STATEMENT OF EXPERIENCE
Our diverse expertise provides a breadth and depth of technical knowledge to support our architectural designs. We are adept at collaboration with all members involved in the projects; council planners, consultants and contractors in achieving our client’s aspirations, paired with a fine understanding of the planning and building regulations in Victoria. Part of our confidence comes from a disciplined approach to continuous learning- keeping abreast of current developments in regulations and construction materials/methods.
Services provided by WMA include design, documentation, master planning, feasibility reports, managing the tender process, contract administration and communication with clients, consultants and authorities as lead architects.
Client collaboration in the design process is a key element of WMA’s design philosophy. We are passionate about architecture and are committed to share and facilitate the design process with our clients, by providing architectural knowledge in design conceptualization, an awareness of both design and construction phases, project budget and co-ordination.
