In March 2023, we prepared a Conservation Works Report for our client, undertaking detailed research into the property’s heritage significance and documenting its existing condition through a comprehensive assessment. Building on this foundation, we developed a conservation works schedule to guide appropriate repair and restoration, along with a Heritage Impact Statement to support the proposed works and alterations. The process culminated in a successful planning permit approval in November 2023.
