Project Update: A planning permit has been issued mid June 2022.

The row of 4 terrace houses are defined by feature timber paneling and batten work. The upper storey cantilevers over the ground level, creating a sheltered edge along the front gardens. From a development point of view, this takes advantage of the increased floor area on the upper level without compromising functional space at street level. Entries face the street with windows from the upper level bedrooms and balconies providing street views.
The composition of the units are a play of building volumes, the material palette is kept very simple; classic red brickwork and light coloured corrugated metal cladding paired with customised timber elements. The timber is expected to weather over time to a silvery grey, providing a textural element to the facades.
